4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or betting markets, in accordance with the specific terms of each offer.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be activated.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.

4.3 Abuse Prevention

5.1 Game Outcomes

shuvo 777's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold (based on net losses for the week).

For example: a Silver tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. Progression through VIP tiers depends on activity and participation on the platform — shuvo 777 determines a member's tier by considering overall activity rather than publishing specific turnover thresholds.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Engaging in scams, fraud, or any other deceptive activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to recover funds by filing chargebacks or disputes through a payment method.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Identifying technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform and exploiting them for personal gain.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
